Delivery
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone:

Orders of ₦1,500,000 or more qualify for free delivery within Enugu. All orders ship from our store in Enugu. Made-to-order Nigerian pieces need 2–3 weeks of production, and imported items that are not in stock take 3–4 weeks to arrive. We will call you to book a delivery slot; please make sure doorways and stairways can fit your piece (check the dimensions on each product page).
Returns & exchanges
Ready-made pieces may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number to arrange collection. A collection fee equal to the original delivery fee applies unless the item is faulty.
Made-to-order and custom pieces (custom sizes, fabrics or finishes) are final sale, but are fully covered by our warranty. If anything arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Warranty
Sofas, armchairs and bed frames carry a 10-year warranty on the frame against structural defects. All other furniture carries a 2-year craftsmanship warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear, fabric fading from direct sun, misuse, or damage from moving the piece yourself.
Privacy
We collect only the information we need to process and deliver your order: your name, contact details and delivery address. Card payments are handled entirely by Flutterwave; we never see or store card numbers. We do not sell your data. If you subscribe to our newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time. To request deletion of your data, email hello@onitfurnitures.com.
Terms of sale
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed when payment is received (online via Flutterwave, or by bank transfer for WhatsApp orders). Colours on screen may vary slightly from the finished product; natural materials such as wood and leather have unique variations. Styling and décor in product photos are not included unless stated.
